All sales are final. Because our products are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or order changes once placed.
We only offer replacements or refunds in the case of:
- Damaged, misprinted, or defective items
- Incorrect items received
To request a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
We work with third-party providers including Printful and Lulu to fulfill your order. They require photo evidence and may reject claims made after the 30-day window.
Return Address: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Contact us before sending anything back.
